"I have had the great pleasure of working with Adam over the past few months on a large furniture project for Imagine Canada. As the interior designer hired by Imagine Canada to source all furnishings for the newly renovated office, I relied heavily on Adam's guidance and expertise in all aspects of these purchases. Everyone at Imagine Canada, along with myself have been extremely grateful and appreciative of the outstanding effort that Adam has provided during this process.

I know that Adam has far surpassed the hours that one would typically spend on a project of this size. I believe this is due to his dedication and commitment to myself and my client to ensure that job is done 100% to our satisfaction. Adam has made himself available at any time to answer a multitude of questions by myself and resolve any issues that arose, always with an upbeat personality and willingness to do whatever it took to provide answers or resolutions. This is definitely a rare find in today's world.

I must also note that Adam's installation team were extremely professional, polite and willing to accommodate us in any way. Many of the employees at also noted this and commented this is not often one's experience.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Cooper's Office Furniture for supplying and installing our new floor of workstations. From my initial phone call, I got the feeling that my new workstations were one less detail that I had to worry about, with all the changes our business were experiencing.

Your sales reps Noah Cooper and Gary Pike created a 3D space plan for me, which had to be extremely accurate because of the peculiar space we were occupying. Once it came time for installation, the product arrived on time as promised and the workstations fit like a glove into our space. Your installers were prompt, efficient and very helpful, especially when they experienced a few problems, but were able to find solution for every bump along the way.

The Cooper's staff certainly exceeded my expectation, and our space is even more functional and aesthetically pleasing than I had imagined.

Hi David. I am writing for a couple of reasons:

I want to thank you for the amazing service you gave me over the phone and the two visits to your store. You really went f-a-r beyond any service I have received before in practically any context, regarding something that is so crucial for me. Thank you for your patience, integrity, care and attention to detail. Having said that, the chair is an enormous improvement on the last one I had. I had been having evil thoughts about the first one. There was not enough support, and I was slouching and in tons of pain. The padding below me is incredible; no more pain there. I am looking at the monitor correctly now and have positioned paper holders etc. at the same level. The convex back is suiting me well. It may not be 100%, but it is definitely an enormous relief. The rest will have to come from me.
