My name is Annette McNulty and I am the office manager for Morneau Sobeco. Last summer....I made a call to Cooper's after finding your company on Yellowpages.com. I was very politely forwarded to your sales rep Gary Pike. Instantly, I felt comfortable and a sense of trust by speaking with him on the phone. I had him quote on a couple of desks for our new office space and in dealing with Gary, ended up giving him the entire sale for the furniture and Global workstations.
I wanted to be sure that you were aware of how absolutely fantastic a job Gary did for us. He was always there to answer every question and made a considerable effort to go above and beyond what was required. I want to tell you how satisfied we are with the new office furniture and thank you for your patience in helping us determine what would suit us best. I want to thank you for the amazing service you gave me over the phone and the two visits to your store. You really went f-a-r beyond any service I have received before in practically any context, regarding something that is so crucial for me. Thank you for your patience, integrity, care and attention to detail. Having said that, the chair is an enormous improvement on the last one I had. I had been having evil thoughts about the first one. There was not enough support, and I was slouching and in tons of pain. The padding below me is incredible; no more pain there. I am looking at the monitor correctly now and have positioned paper holders etc. at the same level. The convex back is suiting me well. It may not be 100%, but it is definitely an enormous relief. The rest will have to come from me.

Just a short note to say thanks for a job really well done. I purchased a Table Desk from Mr. Larry Briggs on October 06, 2003. The desk was delivered exactly when Larry said it would be. (I was informed via telephone when and what time delivery would happen)
