“This store is one of Queen Street’s unsung wonders. Cruise by and discover a window display of high-quality items at liquidation prices. On our last visit, cherry- toned wood and steel computer
desks with swooping Italian metal sides, plenty of table-top room (these stands are usually cramped) and casters that don’t creak went for a pittance of $149. There were Italian-styled plastic and fabric office
chairs with oh-so-comfortable and supportive flexy backs for $159. Cooper’s still has a few Linkworks consoles at the bargain price of $1,390; for those who love a clean look, new consoles—bigger and much grander in
cherry or pine veneer—are available at $2,599 (the identical item is $1,000 more at an uptown furniture store). Be on the lookout for advertised sales; they can save you in the hundreds of dollars.”
